LOST PACKAGES

- I am NOT responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
- I will NOT send a replacement of a lost package.
- I am a small business owner; this is not Amazon.
- I ALWAYS provide a tracking number that you can use to check where your package is.
- You ARE responsible to make sure that your package is being delivered to your correct address. Some post offices are not doing their job like they used to; I have also suffered from these consequences.
-I AM ONLY RESPONSIBLE if your order arrives with damages.
-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I used to ship internationally, but due to issues with customs and delays, I paused it. However, you can always order, only if you have courier service.

ONLINE READINGS

-24 hour readings (Same day readings) take a period of 24 hours to be delivered. Sometimes, you will receive your reading, within ten minutes, some times you will receive your reading in 23:59 hours; it will all depend on how busy I am delivering other readings, making oils, packing, processing. BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS GET YOUR READING WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PROMISE.

- If you forget to include your questions, please make sure you send them ASAP or your reading will be delayed or canceled.
- If I reach out to get the questions and you dont reply within 30 minutes to 1 hour, your reading could be delayed.
- I dont do readings through text message or email.
- Orders placed after 7 pm (Easter time zone) are more likely to be delivered the next day.

-MAGICK OILS SHELF LIFE: DUE TO SOME OILS CARRYING REAL HERBS AND PETALS, OILS CAN LAST UP TO 4 MONTHS. THEY CAN STALE AFTER 4 MONTHS. Do not overdo oils on candles, only 3 small drops can help avoid fire hazards.

- FLORIDA WATER CANNOT BE SPRAYED ON WHITE FABRIC. IT CAN STAIN FABRIC SO MAKE SURE YOU TEST BEFORE USING ON CLOTHES AND FABRIC.

IF YOU ORDERED A READING BUT DIDNT PROVIDE THE QUESTIONS IN 24 HOURS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED AND CANCELED.

PUT YOUR CANDLE ON A FIREPROOF SURFACE DISH OR SURFACE BEFORE LIGHTING IT.

NEVER LEAVE A LIT CANDLE UNATTENDED

NEVER LEAVE A LIT CANDLE NEAR ANYTHING THAT CAN CATCH FIRE.

BEFORE LIGHTING YOUR CANDLE, MAKE SURE THE OFFERINGS (HERBS ON TOP OF THE CANDLE) ARE NOT TOO CLOSE TO THE WICK, THIS COULD RESULT IN A FIRE HAZARD SITUATION. (I NEVER OVERDO THE HERBS FOR THE SAME REASON) SO MOVE THE OFFERINGS AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THE WICK.

- DO NOT OVERDO OILS AND HERBS TO AVOID FIRE HAZARDS.
